
Fengchuang Qixiang Mansion, a representative of high-quality residential communities in Dengfeng City, is a project developed by Zhengzhou Fengchuang Xiangyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. Phase I of the project commenced construction in 2021 and was completed in 2023. With the advancement of the national strategy for building child-friendly cities and the upgrading of families' demands for community-based parent-child facilities, traditional community playgrounds can no longer meet the complex needs of modern families for "entertainment + education + social interaction." To implement the development concept of an "all-age-friendly community," fill the gap in high-quality parent-child playground spaces within the community, and enhance the community's sense of well-being and core competitiveness, Fengchuang Qixiang Mansion launched a community playground upgrade project in 2024, introducing a space capsule-themed combination climbing and slide project to create a fun, safe, and educational community parent-child activity area.

With "Interstellar Adventure, Happy Growth" as its core positioning, this non-powered space-themed amusement complex targets children aged 2-12 and their families in the community. It integrates climbing, sliding, tunneling, and exploration. Through immersive space scene creation and multi-functional design, children can improve their physical fitness and stimulate their desire for exploration while playing. At the same time, it builds a social platform for neighborhood families and helps create a warm and harmonious living atmosphere in the community.
Design Concept
1. Immersive Theme: With "space exploration" as the core theme, the overall shape simulates the form of a space capsule, with a silver-gray main color and blue accents, complemented by decorative elements such as astronauts, planets, and rockets. Circular portholes are set on the side of the capsule, making children feel as if they are in an interstellar travel scene, greatly enhancing the fun and immersion of the play.
2. High Space Efficiency: The three-dimensional layout design makes full use of vertical space to achieve functional superposition. Five major amusement functional areas are integrated in a limited space of 48㎡, which improves the space utilization rate by 300% compared with traditional flat amusement facilities, and perfectly adapts to the site constraints of the community's internal landscape area.
3. Suitable for all ages: The design is tiered to meet the needs of children aged 2-12. Younger children can engage in light activities in the tunnel area and balance walkway area, while older children can challenge themselves with more difficult projects such as climbing nets and spiral slides, achieving a play experience that is fun for both young and old.
4. Ultimate Safety: Strictly adhering to the GB 6675-2014 toy safety standard, safety is controlled throughout the entire process from material selection and structural design to detail processing. Multiple buffer and protective devices are added to eliminate safety hazards such as bumps and falls, giving parents peace of mind.
5. Educational Integration: By creating space-themed scenarios, aerospace science knowledge is subtly conveyed, stimulating children's curiosity and thirst for knowledge about space exploration, and achieving the educational goal of "learning through play and growing through exploration".
Site planning and supporting facilities
1. Location and Layout: Located in the core landscape area of the community, adjacent to the residential area, and within 100 meters of the nearest building on foot, making it convenient for families to play nearby. At the same time, it is organically integrated with the community's green landscape to create a natural and comfortable recreational environment.
2. Surface treatment: Colored EPDM plastic flooring is used, with dark blue, light blue and white splicing to simulate the starry sky pattern, which not only echoes the space theme, but also has good cushioning performance, effectively reducing the risk of children falling and getting injured.
3. Surrounding facilities: Six sets of anti-corrosion wooden benches are provided, along with four sun umbrellas, for parents to wait and rest; classified trash cans and handwashing stations are installed for easy cleaning after playing; themed signs and safety notices are set up to clearly state the rules of play and age restrictions.
4. Lighting System: Equipped with solar-powered sensor streetlights to ensure safety during evening and nighttime play and extend the operating time of amusement facilities.

Acceptance and Opening (April 20, 2024): Organize a professional organization to conduct a safety acceptance inspection and issue a qualified test report; complete site cleaning and surrounding environment tidying; hold the "Space Adventure Launch" themed open event and officially open to the owners.

1. Opening Policy: Open to community residents free of charge, with a "parental accompaniment system" in place, requiring children under 3 years old to be accompanied by an adult at all times; non-residents need to make an appointment in advance and be accompanied by a resident to enter.
