II. Functional Zoning Planning: Efficient Utilization of 1400㎡ Space and Coverage for All Ages
Based on the ample space of 1400㎡, the planning strategy of "three-dimensional layering + functional zoning" is adopted, which divides the area into 6 core functional areas. Each area is relatively independent yet organically connected, maximizing space utilization and experience diversity, while meeting the play needs of children of different ages.
(I) Early Childhood Soft-pack Exploration Area (200㎡, suitable for ages 3-6)
This safe play area is specially designed for young children, using soft and environmentally friendly upholstered materials throughout, with all facilities limited to a height of 1.2 meters. Key facilities include: a rainbow soft climbing net, a cartoon-themed tunnel, a mini ball pit (with an interactive projection ball-throwing system), an electric carousel (desert animal shapes), and a combination of soft slides. A parent-child area is provided, equipped with soft seating and a real-time monitoring screen, allowing parents to observe their children's activities. Free drinking water and charging services are also available. The design emphasizes a balance between safety and fun, using gentle play activities to develop young children's coordination and exploratory abilities.
(II) High-altitude adventure challenge area (350㎡, suitable for ages 7-15)
As the core and eye-catching area of the project, this multi-level, three-dimensional adventure space utilizes an 8.5m clearance height, providing a central venue for older children to unleash their energy and challenge themselves. Key facilities include: a 4.5m high artistic climbing wall (with three difficulty levels), a high-altitude obstacle course system (including plum blossom stakes, balance beams, and a skywalk), a 360° aerial bicycle, an extra-long aerial zipline, and a volcano-shaped slide complex (including a 3.2m dry snow slide, a 1.6m trumpet slide, and a 1.4m tunnel slide). All high-altitude facilities are equipped with a dual safety system, including fall-prevention ropes and cushioning pads, and are monitored by dedicated personnel in real-time to ensure safety. This area aims to cultivate children's courage, balance, and teamwork through moderately challenging activities.
(III) Dreamy Ocean Ball Pool Area (250㎡, suitable for all ages)
Adopting a combined design of a ball pit and interactive play area, the facility holds 100,000 eco-friendly PE balls. The depth of the ball pit is divided into age-appropriate zones (0.5m for younger children and 0.8m for older children). Key highlights include: a 360° interactive projection system (projecting dynamic scenes such as marine life and starry skies; children can trigger interactive effects by throwing balls), a giant spiral slide (directly leading into the ball pit for an immersive sliding experience), and an underwater treasure hunt game (with regularly updated "treasure" props to enhance participation). Rest platforms and viewing platforms are located around the ball pit for parents to observe and relax, and an automatic ball cleaning and disinfection system ensures hygiene and safety.
(iv) Active trampoline sports area (200㎡, suitable for ages 6-15)
Featuring professional-grade non-slip trampoline mattresses, the area is divided into different functional zones: a free jumping area, a basketball dunking area, a spider wall sticky play area, and a foam cushioning area. Core facilities include: standard trampoline modules (20 units), professional dunking hoops (3 sets), a fun spider wall (4 sides), and an extra-large foam cushioning area (filled with environmentally friendly foam blocks). Protective fencing and safety signs are installed around each area, and professional instructors are on hand to guide basic movements, satisfying children's exercise needs while mitigating safety risks from improper jumping. This area is the core space for children to release excess energy, while simultaneously cultivating their interest in sports and improving their coordination.
(v) Parent-child interaction and role-playing area (200㎡, suitable for all ages)
Focusing on parent-child bonding and social skills development, the area features diverse interactive scenarios. Core areas include: a desert-themed role-playing town (simulating supermarkets, cafes, kitchens, hospitals, etc., with props designed to fit local life), an EPP block building area (providing large, environmentally friendly EPP blocks for building castles, oases, and other structures), and a parent-child craft experience area (regularly hosting pottery, painting, and other craft activities). This area encourages parental involvement in children's play, enhancing parent-child bonding through collaborative building and role-playing, while simultaneously cultivating children's social skills and life awareness.
(vi) Supporting services and rest area (200㎡, for parents only)
This dedicated service space is designed to meet the needs of families, achieving a win-win experience where parents can relax and children can play freely. Key features include: luxurious lounge seating (equipped with free Wi-Fi and charging outlets), a family-friendly dining area (offering light meals and drinks that comply with local dietary guidelines, such as juice and sandwiches), a mother and baby room (equipped with a bottle warmer, baby changing table, and diaper changing area), a prayer room (a separate space compliant with religious customs, equipped with prayer mats and handwashing facilities), and a gift shop (selling themed toys, souvenirs, and other related products). The area's design is simple and comfortable, complementing the vibrant atmosphere of the play area. Transparent partitions and a monitoring system allow parents to observe their children's play at any time, ensuring both relaxation and safety.

III. Core Advantages: Triple Guarantee of Safety, Quality, and Commercial Value
(I) International Standard Security System
All facilities in the project strictly adhere to international playground safety standards such as ASTM F 1487 and EN 1176, as well as local Saudi safety regulations, ensuring children's safety through multiple safety protection designs. Food-grade environmentally friendly materials are used, and all soft coverings are made of fire-resistant, stain-resistant, and antibacterial fabrics. Trampolines, ball pits, and other equipment have all passed non-toxic and harmless testing. A comprehensive monitoring system, emergency broadcast system, and emergency rescue channels are provided. Professional safety personnel and first-aid kits are on-site, and a complete emergency response procedure has been established. Furthermore, considering the Saudi climate, an enhanced ventilation and cooling system is used to maintain a constant indoor temperature of 24-26℃, and UV-protective lighting equipment is provided to mitigate the effects of high temperatures and ultraviolet radiation on children.
(II) Professional full-process service
The project adopts a "one-stop solution" service model, providing full support from initial research to later operation. In the initial stage, a professional team conducts in-depth research in Saudi Arabia to accurately grasp cultural customs and consumer demands. In the mid-stage, customized production ensures the precise implementation of the theme and functions, optimizing cross-border logistics and mitigating customs clearance delays. In the later stage, value-added services such as on-site installation guidance, personnel training, and equipment maintenance are provided, along with a one-year warranty and lifetime technical support, and regular safety inspections by local experts.
(III) Differentiated Business Value
Through culturally appropriate and differentiated design, a functional layout catering to all age groups, and immersive themed experiences, the project has successfully attracted its core customer base, achieving commercial traffic generation and sustained profitability. Since opening, it has received an average of over 200 families daily, with peak weekend reception reaching 350 families. Through diversified revenue models including ticket sales, membership prepaid cards, family activities, and merchandise, the project is expected to recoup its investment within 12-15 months. Simultaneously, as a core traffic driver in the commercial district, the project effectively stimulates consumption in surrounding restaurants, retail stores, and other businesses, achieving a win-win situation for both commercial value and social benefits.
